Interior Decorating: It's All Part of Our Full Service Approach

CENTA Corporation, a U.S. subsidiary of privately owned German firm CENTA Antriebe Kirschey Gmbh, recently moved into a new 23,000 squarefoot corporate facility. CENTA is a global leader in the innovation and manufacture of torsional couplings and shafting for the marine propulsion and industrial power transmission markets. Kelmscott was initially called in to meet with the marketing department to review their marketing literature to be used in the U.S. market place. While meeting, it was brought up that they were going to be having a national sales meeting in a month and along with sales representatives and distributors, the owner and staff from Germany would also be attending. Along with marketing materials they were going to need for the meeting, they asked if we had any suggestions for graphics to be used on their bare walls. They didn’t want to buy stock pictures or posters to hang, but were looking for something that would highlight CENTA’s products. It was decided that a mix of their products and end uses would look the best.

A Kelmscott designer was given the task. After spending time at the facility and reviewing the images in their archives, it was decided that the lobby, conference room and hallways were best suited for display. A total of thirtyfour images, at various sizes, would be needed. Kelmscott provided a layout based on the space, position and size of the elements, methods for each item to be mounted, framed and hung. Kelmscott’s designer handled the image manipulation and, once approved, our wide format department output each of the images, mounted and framed as required and handled the installation on schedule for their meeting.
